Experience: Elizabeth founded Draft to develop a unique business that combines counseling, life coaching and mediation to help people work through internal or external conflicts and create positive change in their personal and professional lives. Elizabeth is one of the few certified mediation trainers in New York State and is an adjunct professor at both Fordham Law School and Cardozo School of Law. She is a regular lecturer at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Elizabeth is the former Senior Director of the Safe Horizon Mediation Program where she oversaw mediation programs in both the community setting as well as the Civil, Criminal and Family Courts in Brooklyn and Manhattan from 1998 through 2004. Elizabeth has been the Membership Co-Chair for the Association of Conflict Resolution of Greater New York since 2007. She currently maintains a private mediation and coaching practice in lower Manhattan.
