The mission of Planning Change is to positively impact humanity by educating and empowering people to react thoughtfully and purposefully to the conflicts around them. From small brief disagreements to larger systemic disputes, we are all touched by conflict. However, our reaction to conflict - whether we're individuals or organizations - is largely unconscious and often results in avoidant tactics or adversarial maneuvers, or both. There is another way. We can learn to respond to conflict with mindfulness and creativity. What changes when we shift from the old ways of engaging with conflict to this kind of approach? Nothing less than everything.
